February Updates

Our amazing volunteers made the family dance possible. Whether you decorated, shopped, served snacks, helped with the craft table, cleaned up, or any of the other behind the scenes tasks that made our event so seamless, thank you so, so, so much. We say it a lot but it’s true every time. We can’t do it without you!
Every Book Fair I think, it can’t get better than this, and every year I get proven wrong. This year was truly special. We opened the same night as the dance and had the busiest 90 minutes in Book Fair history!! We stayed open for the late evening conferences on Wednesday. We purchased more than 90 books for our school’s library.
Whether you volunteered, shopped, or BOTH — thank you!! We love Book Fair and so appreciate our school community’s warm reception of this fantastic program.
Shellee Grim: you are a power house. You are the heart of Book Fair. We never want to close the chapter on this. You are more loved than Harry Potter, Dog Man, and the Dragon Girls combined!!!

Are you the proud owner of a TRL Library card?? Keep reading!
The PTA uses the printing credit benefit on each library card to make all our flyers that are sent home in backpacks. Starting in March, we will go from $44 of credit to $20 of credit per card. This means we need to pool more library cards to keep sending home the high-quality color flyers we have all grown accustomed to.
If you have a TRL library card and do NOT routinely use your printing credit, consider donating it to us. Send us an email if you are interested or have questions. tumwaterhillpta@gmail.com

Hello, new playground!! Thank you SO much to the voters and the parents who helped spread the word.
Meal applications are still needed. If we don’t have a certain % returned, we could lose free lunch for our school and budget dollars staff and building.
